I was born in Nottinghamshire, brought up in Derbyshire, went to university in Kent, and I’m now settled in Manchester.
Surprisingly to everyone, especially me, my first job after my Economics degree was as a nightclub manager. I’d considered going into mortgages back then but thought I should get one for myself first. After buying our first home in 2017, and a couple of years spent in logistics, I quit my job and became a First Time Buyer Mortgage Broker.

Roxie was born in the West Country and adopted at 9 months old, thats age 10 in dog years, when she moved to Manchester. Fortunately, she has managed to lose her West Country accent.
She has a sense of adventure and has been known to sneek out the front door and then into the neighbors house. Her proudest moment was winning “Most Enthusiastic” at dog training.

As Manchester’s First Time Buyer Mortgage Broker my job is all about helping people like you buy their first home in Manchester. The sense of accomplishment that comes with buying your first home is huge, and I love making it happen. Although most of my clients are from Manchester, I also help people in the surrounding areas such as Stockport and Bolton and I’ll still help if you’re even further afield.
Buying a home can be overwhelming and you may not know where to start. It’s important to me that you never feel lost during what should be a really exciting time in your life. Working with me will see you benefit from professional advice where things are explained clearly, making big decisions manageable.
For too long mortgage advice has been unapproachable and inaccessible. This is why I give you the option to WhatsApp me first, and I never put your email address on some spammy sales mailing list. When I was in your shoes I got sick of being added to countless mailing lists just for asking a simple question.
Working mainly with First Time Buyers means I’m always around people filled with the excitement, and stresses, of buying their first home. You only get that feeling once and that’s why I chose to focus on helping First Time Buyers.
When I’m not helping people buy their first home, I can be found in the parks around Manchester playing fetch with Roxie The Dog. Holidays for me have included a lot of time underwater since I discovered scuba-diving. I’ve not been brave enough to try it in the UK yet. Warm water dives only for me.
